Place the contents in your mouth, below the tongue.
HOLD
Hold the liquid under the tongue for approximately 90 seconds.
SWALLOW
Swallow the liquid after 90 seconds.
WAIT
Allow the experience to develop. Do not take more during the same experience.
GETTING STARTED
Start slow.
